I've worked in the BPO industry for more than 12 years. More than 9 years experience in an office setup and more than 2 years as a home base employee. I started off as a customer service support agent and walk my way up as a mentor/manager. I also worked as an apprentice to different departments from recruitment to training department if needed. I'm a flexible person and I can always work with minimal supervision provided with all training materials.
