I’ve worked in clinics, BPOs, and even as a freelance graphic designer, so I know how to wear different hats, stay organized, and communicate clearly with both customers and team members.
Most recently, I worked as an Assistant Manager and Subject Matter Expert where I helped train new hires, handled escalated customer concerns, and made sure our team met our performance goals. Before that, I worked at Ibex handling healthcare accounts, helping patients with billing, insurance, and account issues.
