Chelsey Lanter

I am an Adult Day Health Center Manager with over 5 years experience in upper-management, supervising 5 departments simultaneously with over 30 staff. I have a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in healthcare management, I have a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation, am both licensed and certified as a Recreational Therapist, and am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. As the ADHM, I oversee the day to day operations of the center, ensuring that tasks are completed, patient’s care is the highest quality, and that we are in compliance with ADH rules and regulations. In this role, I oversee site auditing, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality and utilization, in-services and staff education, community relationships and events, patient and family meetings, etc. I am frequently sought for problem-solving, conflict management, strategic planning, program development, and more. I am a strong leader, have successfully developed and led teams to create new programs and create growth within the company. This includes numerous multi-site quality Initiative projects, large community events, program development projects, grant projects to offer additional services, and more. I take initiative, enjoy learning, appreciate the challenge of a new task or project, and am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. I am a quick learner, a hard worker, and a dependable employee. I am so passionate about this field and want to use my knowledge and skills to continue improving the lives of others.
