I am an Accountant and a Customer Service Representative with a Bachelor`s Degree in Commerce from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenya. I have 5 years of Experience as an Accountant and a Customer Service Representative, whereby I assist with general issues related to accounting, QuickBooks, product orders, subscriptions, and website navigation. I ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience at every touchpoint. I can also gather and report customer feedback to relevant teams on time, ensuring ongoing improvements to our products and service offerings.

I am a highly responsible, detail-oriented, problem-solving, goal-driven, deadline-committed, and reliable worker with excellent communication skills. I’m a self-starter and excel at verifying information, analyzing errors, and managing confidential information.

I am also proficient with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, Help Desk, live chat, Customer Relationship Management (CRM Tool), Call center, Messaging apps, Customer Feedback, Knowledge Base Self-Service, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and I adapt quickly to new programs.
