Key Achievements: Reduced manual invoice handling and payment processing time by over 80%; ensured secure, error-free, and auditable transaction flow.
Designed and implemented a two-part automation solution using UiPath for streamlining invoice management and payment processing.
1. Invoice Retrieval & OCR Extraction:
Developed a UiPath workflow that listens to messages from Azure Service Bus using custom integration to receive invoice events.
Automated the download of invoice documents based on event metadata.
Integrated with ABBYY FlexiCapture/ UIPath Document understanding to extract structured invoice data (vendor name, invoice number, amount, etc.) via OCR.
Parsed ABBYY OCR output (XML/JSON) to validate fields and updated the corresponding event, sending a response back to the Service Bus.
2. Automated Payment Handling:
Triggered by OCR output events from Service Bus, the second UiPath process logs into the payment portal.
Consumes external REST APIs to fetch card details and complete payment transactions.
Sends a completion message with transaction status back to the Service Bus.

Bot Receives input via email. Bot needs to extract the Policy Number for last month and Login to coast application. Bot checks the policy number is available in Coast application if available bot extracts other details of policy number and updates the summary file otherwise bot sends the policy number missing notification to policy holder.
Bot extracts the last two months data from other file where it contains all month’s data. Bot login to FALCON application and checks old CDV number is available in FALCON. If available, it creates new CDV number and generates the new CDV report. Bot Extracts the details of new CDV report like New CDV number, account name and account details and sends the email to approver with new CDV number details along with attached new CDV report. Finally, Bot sends the summary report to the Business.

Input File will be shared via SharePoint. Bot need to validate and manipulate all 30 columns of excel data by referring the input file. Once the validation is complete bot has to update the file to web application.

Developing self-healing solutions for all kind of SAP systems like Finance, Logistics, RR2R, Roles and Authorization, Sales, Basis, NCPM areas using Blueprism.
