I am Charulatha Selvamani, a results-driven RPA Technical Leader with over 9 years of extensive IT experience, specializing in UIPath, Blue Prism, Python, GenAI, and LangChain. My expertise spans across intelligent automation, business analysis, and end-to-end solution delivery for complex enterprise processes.

I bring 4 years of strong hands-on experience in UIPath and 3.5 years in Blue Prism, working with various versions (6.4, 6.8, 6.10), including migration projects like IE to Edge and BP upgrades. I have also delivered multiple automation solutions using Python, Robocorp, Excel VBA, and REST APIs, often integrating with SAP systems, web/desktop apps, and document processing tools like ABBYY and Kofax.

In my recent roles at ValueLabs and EY GDS, I led automation projects from requirement gathering to production deployment, while also playing dual roles as a Business Analyst and Developer. I’ve successfully streamlined invoice processing, payment automation, policy validation, and large-scale SAP automations.
