I've been in the customer service and personal assistance industry for more than 13 years already. I have a personal assistance/virtual assistance experience. I can do social networking, scheduling, updating, customer service, calling people and organizing stuff. I've been a manager in a call center located here in the Philippines. I quit my job because I want to be independent and look for opportunities as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Support. I've been catering to clients, from C-level persons to company owners since I started. I make sure that all of our client's records are on track and organized. I also make sure that issues and concerns are being handled accordingly.
Aside from communication, I am also proficient in written skills. Organizing, quality time management and focus is very important to me. I can prepare reports with attention to detail. I always make sure that at the end of the day, I am productive.
I am also familiar with dropbox and other ERP and CRM softwares.
I am high spirited and can work with minimal supervision. I am open minded to anything for me to understand the job.
