I have 8 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Australian customers and other Foreign Countries client. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and became knowledgeable on how to deal with people and customers.
Dealing and assisting people over the phone or through chat is not a problem for me. Good communication is what I've learn that everyone needs to have a good and satisfied customers.
Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to learn skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness.
