I am a customer relations specialist with CCRM certification and an Economist with over 5 years’ experience in social research and advocacy, public relations and corporate communications and management.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, I have gathered years of practical experience in communications, marketing, human resources management, and administration by working both in the profit and non-profit sectors.
I am service-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a passion for keeping up to date with the latest craft and work ethics and a team-oriented mentality for customer’s satisfaction, hospitality and efficient communications. I also observed I have the skills, experience and educational background that matches with the job description.
