I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years handled calls, emails and chats. My last employer was Telus International in Canada. I was assisting customer through inbound calls and making follow up via outbound calls, emails or chats. Part of my KPI is to do upselling. After that I have decided to gain experience in freelancing where I fortunately hired as a retention agent in a seasonal account and cold caller for a construction company in California.
