Iam Charlene Wasike based in Nairobi Kenya.

Iam a virtual assistant and proficient researcher with 3 years of experience in data entry,customer service,data collection,typesetting and proofreading. Iam a fast learner,very passionate about my work and i produce exemplary results. i have gained experience through working as a customer service and data entry clerk. i have also worked as an Admin assistant whereby my responsibilities included handling phonecalls and emails,scheduling appointments,updating and maintaining of office procedures and policies,i was also acting as a point of contact for external and internal clients.
