I am a Freelance Virtual Assistant focusing Customer Service, Drop-shipping project management, SEO and Social Media Management.

Before pursuing my career as a VA, I worked in the BPO industry under different lines of business (Sales, Tech Support, Escalations and Quality Assurance) where I developed my customer service skills. I am capable of providing excellent customer support over the phone or through non-voice channels such as email and chat.

In almost 3 years, I have worked with several drop-shipping companies and helped them manage their business. Aside from handling customer inquiries, I took charge of many tasks such as order fulfillment, chargeback handling, email marketing, social media management and product page building allowing the business owner to free up more time and focus on driving more traffic on their websites.

I also took online courses to further expand my knowledge in Social Media Management and Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I also have a background in photo and video editing using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro.

With regards to work, I communicate regularly and keep clients up to date by providing progress reports. I give extra attention to details and instructions provided by my clients.
