I have gained high competency in the English language that I have developed from working in the BPO. I have dealt with the different types of customers mostly are irate. Thanks to my Psychology studies background.
I was able to pursue my college education while working full time in the call center and that made me develop my multi-tasking skills. My dedication made me have the best of both worlds. I was able to get good grades in school and at the same time maintain my good metrics at work.
For a personal reason, I decided to have a career change.
