I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for 1 a year now. my last job was at Quality Clinicians, a nursing agency. I worked as a Virtual Assistant/ Customer Service Specialist. I' am responsible for email management, appointment setting, performing data entry, counting hours for nurses timesheets, customer service via live chat, email and phone calls. I also worked for a BPO company named 24/7 InTouch for 6months as a Customer Service Representative and Home credit Philippines for 8 months as a Tele Sales Operator. I also worked for 4 years as a Sales Associate in Silverworks. 

 Well my supervisors and co-workers always say that I' am hard working, dependable, helpful, reliable, and honest. I excel in data entry, preparing reports, Good customer service and updating nurses or customers records.
