I have over one year of Customer Service (including online, over the phone, and in-person). This includes email, phone, and live chat. Between my real-life jobs and now virtual job life I have used several soft-wares to complete my tasks, for example, Echo mobile Live Chat Software, Fresh Desk Ticketing System, Right Now by CRM, and Shopify. These tools allowed me to do refunds, store credits, create discounts, register customers for Seminars, activate links, fulfill orders to be shipped, reset passwords, and provide an exchange for programs.
I worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service Agent for over a year. I studied BSc. In Management of Agroecosystem and Environment at the University of Nairobi where I did sociology which allows me to analyze individuals and how to respond to them. In my working life, I have gained the ability to Multitask efficiently, provide accurate working solutions in the quickest time possible. Learn how to handle upset customers. I've also been an effective Team Player as I was responsible for Training co-workers on new Projects as well as Floor Support in the absence of a Team Manager.
I am a quick learner and can think outside of the box to solve issues. I spend most of my free time volunteering. I am assertive and willing to take the lead but also an excellent Team player.
