Good Day! 

In March 2006 I completed my BSN studies. But my path leads me to BPO industry. 

I started working as a Customer Service in APAC. My responsibilities in this role are to handle escalated calls, Helped reps with their inquiries about processes and product and giving information and regularly provides updates This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

  Virtual Assistant : Data Entry, email management, property management, facebook ads, appointment setting and cold calling

  Customer Service: Worked for 9 years in a call center providing inbound customer service

  Human Resource Associate: Responsibilities at Convergys included answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with phone-based inquiries. Process employees payroll report. Also responsible for new hire orientation.

  Employee Engagement Head: Worked for this role for 2 years. Responsibilities are collaborated with senior leaders to develop strategies between engagement and their strategic goals, worked with vendors, employee engagement partners to plan, design and evaluate the effective and efficient event and post-event surveys, Created an effective communications plan and provide content for various communication avenues, Created a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy and lastly identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement

  Benefits POC: Responsibilities are Providing new employees with an explanation of benefits and instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedure, resolved employee issues with SSS, Pag– Ibig and other benefits administrators and processed all employees SSS and Pag – ibig benefits
