I had been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. Started as a Customer service representative, Document specialist, and Lead generator. The longest experienced I had which I consider I am best at is Lead generation through cold calling the prospects verifying their emails and introducing the products we are dealing with from our campaigns. Every day I cold call prospects from Managerial positions to C-level individuals in different types of departments. Hung ups and not interested is expected to encounter but it is still convertible to lead so long as the perseverance and positive outlook applies.
