My comprehensive administrative and client relations career is embodied by a broad range of developed skill sets in team leadership, healthcare and human resources. I’d like to highlight some of my accomplishments:

·      Implemented medical tracking system to provide transparency on current status of patient in major jaw surgery process; system reveals patient’s insurance approval or denial standing, office visits, orthodontics, surgery date etc.

·      Directed a staff of 15 employees, ensuring efficient workflow of providing service to 300+ customers on a weekly basis; evaluated staff performance and determined necessary disciplinary course action, up to termination.

·      Achieved high enrollment rates in self-created group fitness class.
