Managing a broad range of HR functions including Generalist and HR operations, StaffRetention, HRMS database co-administration, Personnel file management, HR Policy development, employee screening/hiring/orientation, and staff training/developmentprograms. Solid understanding of maintaining confidentiality of all HR information. • Proactively participated in all university recruiting activities • Process all hires benefits, leaves, time & attendance, termination, and payroll paperwork • Coordinated and supported the recruitment, including pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and new hire orientation. • Management of HRIS application and maintain the attendance, leave, overtime andother HR database. • Introduced the Attendance Tracking System which enabled the company to know therate of absenteeism and conducted counseling sessions on one to one to know the reason of absenteeism. • Launched the Suggestion Scheme system to ensure employee engagement. • Ensure all aspects of Safety Management including issue of Personnel ProtectionEquipment. • Coordinated the ISO: compliance from HR department. • Maintain good Employee relation • Responsible for settlement of Employee grievances. • Represent the management at meetings that involve employee benefits, compensation and discipline issues. • Employee Engagement & Event Management.
