In my most recent role at Alorica, Philippines, in my 6 months of stay, I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved customer concerns efficiently, and ensured a positive customer experience with every interaction. After that 6 months, I was promoted as an associate coach which I handled the whole cluster, taking escalated and supervisory call, regularly monitoring calls to evaluate their performance, did one on one coaching to address specific issues and challenges, and helping in analyzing the performance data such us resolution time, and customer satisfaction. In addition, I excel at active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
