I have over ten years' experience in the world of corporate communications, working predominantly in the fields of internal communication and employee engagement.

Within that time I have gained extensive experience of communications strategy and planning, writing and editing a variety of content, and community management and engagement.

I enjoy creating and delivering strong communications which engage and entertain their target audiences whilst also giving those audiences important - or at least interesting - information on the relevant subject along the way.

The English language is a great love of mine and I am a keen writer both in the office and whilst working for myself as a Counsellor and Life Coach, and am currently preparing my second book for publication.

Having begun my career in the energy industry, I have since worked as a communicator within the technology, finance and professional sports sectors. Meanwhile away from the office I am passionate about personal and spiritual development, and retrained in a second career in order to pursue those passions.
