Cerelino Marquez Jr

My name is Cerelino Marquez Jr but my friends call me JayAr. I'm 30 years old and currently residing in Mendez, Cavite. I took up Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños.

I’ve been working in BPO industry for over 10 years and I can say that I have the experience necessary to be able to work efficiently. 

I worked with KGB Philippines as a Directory Assistant for more than 3 years answering call requests for telephone numbers in The UK and US. We're receiving 500-800 calls a day per agent. After that, I transferred to Transcom Phillippines which caters to an international Telecommunications company.

I worked for both Voice and Non Voice workstreams.

I became a part of the Escalations Layer which dealt with complaints and complex concerns raised by front line agents.

With the experience and skills I have, I became a Floor Support and received multiple recognition as Top Agent.

Lastly, I worked with a wide variety of people from various backgrounds and I can say I was able to build a good working relationship by being a people person.
