I have a long and dependable experience in the field of customer service for over a decade in a BPO industry. Interacting with customers, listening to their issues and giving resolutions in a friendly manner and attending to their needs is what I love to do. My excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, help me communicate with them effectively.

I also had a solid experience as a process trainer in the same industry. I had created several training initiatives and helped streamlined process training flow. There's a huge pressure and responsibility to transfer knowledge to trainees during process training for the fact that it all basically starts from training. At the same time, it's fulfilling to see how well the trainees do in the operations post training. While working as a trainer, I was able to spearhead a value-adding project that benefited both the client and the organization.

Aside from my experience in customer service and training, I also had a long years spent in data/order entry job. The role helped develop my being keen to details to achieve 100% accuracy.
