I spend my spare time reading, researching on the web, or playing games. I like games such as Sudoku,Words Story, and various games of logic. I like learning and sharpening my minds weak spots and enjoy a good challenge. I find I enjoy these aspects at work as well. A job that challenges me and/or keeps me thinking keeps me going. Presently the greatest challenge I face on my job is keeping my mind on my job. Production can become very routine and repetitive. Every Job has this aspect to a degree but, production gives little mental stimulation and few chances for self improvement.

Another thing that gives my mental stimulation and can bring a smile to my face is learning about and helping others in any way. I love to listen to stories and getting to know people. This is something I greatly miss from my customer service days. I aspire to help people in a different way. I got my AS degree in Medical Billing and Coding in order to use my administration skills in a way that helps others not just the company I work for and myself. A job that uses my Administrative skills and lets my interact with and help others would be ideal.

I come from a varied background. I’ve lived in some culture rich areas and some not so diverse. I know the sting of prejudice, but have learned how to let it role off my back. I myself like learning about other cultures, beliefs and ways of life. We all are a product of what we learned along the way. Learning from each other can only enrich us.

My work background is also very diverse. There are many jobs I’ve done that are not on my resume. I am had to adapt and change with the flow, learning new skills, and roles. Fortunately I learn pretty quickly and become efficient or often proficient in my role in no time.
