I started off my career as a Fraud analyst 2 years ago with JP morgan where I performed credit cards duties to observe customer transactions and identify fraudulent activities and cancel them from further processing.after a few months I was given the chance to work with Verizon as a conference coordinator where I worked with executives and CEO’s. I was also upskilled to be part of a collaboration group that helps and supports clients with products such as Zoom, WebEx and Bluejeans. I was also given the chance to be one of the mentors for newly hired agents where I practice my patience management and skills in teaching. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant and handled Cold Calling, Lead Generation aND Appointment Setting. Thank you!
