Cecile Carol B. Jacob

I've been a customer service representative since 2001, working for a Telco company in the Philippines (SMART Communications and TELSTRA), and finally decided to be a stay at home mom last May 2016. I would like to be productive and take this opportunity to work, even when I'm at home, and be financially stable thru the home based programs being provided by different companies.
I am dependent and do not require too much supervision while I work. I see to it that I finish my tasks with utmost quality and find ways and means to assist others as well.
My experiences include communicating with customers and assisting them with their queries about the company's products and services, provide resolution and document necessary information that would benefit both customers and the company.
