My history reveals that I have obtained a degree in travel management and have subsequently taken on roles related to the program. I first acquired experience by interning in airport operations for both local and international companies. For my career history, I have previously worked as an Online Customer Service Representative for an international marketing and food distribution company, handling calls and online chats to answer queries and resolve issues. I have also worked as a Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist for one of the biggest non-profit organizations in the world, meeting monthly targets of acquiring sponsors for children in impoverished areas.
Following my full-time roles, I've started and continued to operate a small online business supplying children’s toys for a couple of years now, wherein I learned to take on different responsibilities including business operations, procurement, inventory, marketing, social media management, logistics, and seller-buyer relationship management.
