First of all, you can call me Cat. I graduated year 2021 with a 4 year course of Bachelor of Science in Office administration while I was a working student that time. Few months after I graduated I decided to enter the BPO industry. Thankful that there are company who accepts newbies. That company is Teleperformance where I've been with as CSR for a year. Main job role is to provide excellent customer service which we handle card activation and blocking, filing of disputes. Then the most recent company I've been with is Task Us in a Dispute Resolution role. Where we are the to investigate fraud claims filed by client. We are to deny or approve the claim base on the investigation. However, there are claims we can't decision right away so there comes filing chargeback. We are to wait if merchant will provide representment or if their going to accept accept the liability. I am self motivated and can work independently as to also contribute with cross functional and global teams. I'm also flexible and has the ability to adjust specially to frequent process and information changes. Can also work under pressure.
