I started out as a call center representative at MTN Nigera in 2008, there I developed impeccable phone manners, the ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers, one call resolution techniques and a "Can Do" attitude. In just six months on the job, my managers already had me onboarding and training new employees.
I have also worked as a School administrator, i provided information to parents and prospective parents, I coordinated the activities of over 200 pupils, resolved conflicts, marketed and advertised the school on social media platforms, and have trained and supervised over15 staff members. This job helped me improve my skills in leadership, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to upsell services and goods to potential clients.
Having a Masters degree in conflict Resolution aided my job which focused on delivering positive customer satisfaction in every interaction and ensuring that every customer got the highest value and respect. I believe going the extra mile to ensure that a customer is happy and satisfied is a delight to any customer.
I also possess excellent social, communication and presentation skills. I believe that my ability to work with people, willingness to learn and manage relationships are my biggest assets. I am flexible, industrious and willing to work in an international environment, surrounded by extraordinary people, and be exposed to a variety of knowledge and skills across the learning curve.
