I have been working in the customer service industry for over 5 years. In which, I have learned the proper way to deal with customer concern or inquiries on the phone or via email. Part of my experience was several admin tasks such as answering emails, using excel and word for documentation and tracking.

On top of that, I try to learn new skills as much as I can. Thus, I had an experience with Content Writing. I have written articles for a website. Part of my tasks is to create a blog posts from the Live Video provided by a client. I searched for related information and copyright free images to be included on the blog. Also, I had a basic SEO knowledge using Yoast SEO plug in because I also upload these blogs to my previous client's WordPress site.
