I have been to BPO industry for 7 years as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support as well. Have handled various US based clients and UK as well. From basic customer service like billing queries, payments, order taking,basic trouble shooting to advance technical issues. Then moved to Managerial Career as a Human Resources Manager and Administrator. I am taking care of almost everything. from recruitment, scheduling, payroll, employee benefits, permits, procurement, franchising, marketing and more. For marketing, I manage social media accounts, website and pages, marketing needs like layout for flyer, tarpaulin, signage's, etc. I know hot to work with ms applications like word, excel, publisher, power point, photo shop, and google docs as well. Working from home is new to me but i am pretty much excited and willing to learn new things to help your business.
