Profile
While working at Barloworld Logistics I was involved in many projects such as the S189(a) and S197 processes. I
worked on these projects in an administration and HR Officer capacity.
I was involved in the Telkom take on implementation. This involved doing induction for all new employees. I joined the
Operations team on their Road Shows to meet and induct the employees. This was a challenging project as it involved
employees spread all over the company. It involved a large amount of change Management as well. I worked very
closely with the payroll department to bring the payroll over from Telkom.
I have worked in three countries and am aware of the sensitivities of dealing with many cultures. While working for De
Pinna notaries in London I dealt with celebrities and high level business people on a daily basis in a professional calm
manner. I have been exposed to government in my job at Ernst and Young and frequently interacted with Ministers and
government officials. I was expected at both companies to adhere to strict confidentiality rules and regulations.

1. Advise on labor relations, disciplinary procedures and employee engagement for 2 business units (612 staff)
