team as a Customer Support Specialist! A bit about my past - I am an experienced
social media marketer, photographer and videographer, with a portfolio of existing work.
For the past few years, I have been helping companies grow through social media
marketing while I was travelling throughout Canada, Australia, South East Asia, Costa

Chat Representative. My main task was to be at the frontline of the company, where my
team and I would help support, answer and build customer relations. We would navigate

Email and E-commerce sites in order to solve various customer needs. Creating orders,
placing returns, creating macros, and dealing with various issues were some of the
main tasks. Unfortunately this job position had ended due to not enough customer
demand. I loved working as a Customer Chat Representative, and have an amazing
reference from my last boss. I possess all qualities for this job, including years of chat
support experience ( from helping companies with social media marketing ), great
Zendesk software knowledge, willing to work remotely, ability to work 8 hour shifts or
longer if needed and have a HS diploma. I have a strong attention to detail, as well as
great communication and organization skills. I prioritize self growth and relationships,
and am willing to prove myself through hard work and loyalty. I am highly motivated,
positive, independent, a team player and am willing to put in extra work to learn and / or
