My previous job was a Customer Chat Representative. My main task was to be at the frontline of the company, where my team and I would help support, answer and build customer relations. We would navigate multiple tech platforms such as Zendesk, Google, Slack, Intercom, Zenventory, Monday, Email and E-commerce sites in order to solve various customer needs. Creating orders, placing returns, creating macros, and dealing with various issues were some of the main tasks. I loved working as a Customer Chat Representative, and have an amazing reference from my last boss.
