Hi, my name is Carrie. I worked in an outbound call center for more than 4 years and was able to do appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, lead generation and recruiting. I have been trained to communicate through email and conference calls since I was also tasked to lead a group of people who are also dialing from different states in the US.
