I have been working in customer service for around 4 years, doing sales, invoicing, reports, outbound and inbound calls, and providing support through email and social media. Basic Excel skills and also have experience working on Spanish and English transcription projects. I had the opportunity to develop myself into the Woo Commerce platform, doing some product organization and updating some features, to improve the customer experience within the platform. Last year star a new path as a remote worker and I'm looking for opportunities that will help me to grow professionally and continue to improve my path as a remote worker.
