I’m an experienced Property Management Support Specialist with over two years of hands-on experience in short-term rental and property operations. I support property managers by keeping inspections, maintenance, communication, and follow-ups organised and moving — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
In my previous role as Guest Experience Manager at Roami (Former Sextant Stays), I managed end-to-end communication across Airbnb and other OTAs, coordinated turnovers, handled escalations and claims, and followed through on maintenance issues until fully resolved. I am highly proactive with follow-ups and understand that strong loop-closing is critical in property management.
I am confident handling inbound and outbound calls with tenants, landlords, and contractors. I communicate clearly, professionally, and with a solutions-first approach.
I am structured, detail-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of workflows. I maintain organised task systems, track approvals, and proactively chase outstanding actions to ensure operations run smoothly.
