I have more than 1-year experience as a General Virtual Assistant and I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate, thus I am tech-savvy and knowledgeable with a lot of tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, G-suite, Time tracker—Toogle and Clockify, Trello, Calendly, Sprout Social, Social Media Platforms—Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, and etc. I underwent Graphic Design using Canva and General Virtual Assistant training at the Department of Information and Communications Technology - digitaljobsPH.

I make sure to create powerful and unique ideas and content so that the client's customers, as well as competitors, listen and follow. My experience and expertise in this kind of work make me confident in taking action without hesitations. I have never been afraid of learning and experiencing situations first-hand, as I know it helps me take control of future situations I would encounter so I assure clients can count on me on dealing with these certain circumstances.

I know my priorities and set one goal at a time so that I could focus and give all my attention, time, and effort to achieving that specific outcome. I communicate well with my clients and observe their target customers so that I could strategize on what goal I should pursue. I always make sure to be assertive and speak out on what I know and believe in. I use my expertise to inspire and guide people on what they want to know and give a meaningful and high-impact message that would make my clients' customers think and reflect.
