Work Overview

1 and a half year of being Data Encoder. We are resposible in encoding data in documents accurately and in timely manner to ensure that we meet the client's deadline. In this experience, I have learned to become cautious with my reports and make sure to double-check every tasks given to me.

2 years as a Customer Service Representative handling telecom account in the USA. We are responsible in taking phone calls, assisting the customers with their needs/concerns and providing the best resolution for them. In this experience, I have learned to show empathy to customers, improve problem solving skills and decision making.

Promotion after being a Customer Service Representative: 6 and a half years of being a Workforce Mission Control Analyst. Our job description is to make sure we handle and monitor the accounts on a real time basis. We have to make sure that each Service Level per day up to end of month is being met. We are responsible in monitoring agents' activities and adherence. We also send reports, answer emails in a real-time basis to our client and communicate with them every time there are urgent requests.
