My name is Carlos Gonzalez, I go by Charlie, I live in El Salvador, I've worked for Call Centers the majority of my work experience, I've worked with major company brands (Motorola, Dell, Hotels.com, etc...) I've handled several teams for customer service and sales always exceeding expectations, I'm detail oriented, organized, analytical and very keen on time management.

I have a BBA with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising, nonetheless I find deep passion in managing teams (on site and off site), projects, agendas and get solutions to everyday issues.

I am proficient in Excel and all Ms. Office, I'm very knowledgeable of Google Collaboration Tools (Free version and G-Suite), I have used different CRM's and I'm SAP environment friendly.
