As a customer success manager, I´ve got better with strong communication skills, showing empathy to all customers face-to-face or on the phone/email. During the process, I have also created strong relationship building, able to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers to gain more trust and loyalty.
Through the years, I also learned how to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer satisfaction—responding promptly to their inquiries, communicating with them through various channels, and acknowledging and resolving their complaints. I learned how to take orders, forms, applications, and requests in the process.
I have adapted to different professions, cultures, discretion, and confidence to work together as a team.
