I am writing with great enthusiasm to talk about me. With over 30 years of experience in the field, I have built a solid professional career working in infrastructure, support, asset management, virtualization, and software packaging, utilizing technologies such as Azure, SCCM, and WS1. My expertise includes leading Service Desk and Help Desk teams, as well as strong practical application of the ITIL methodology.

I served as a Software Engineer at Dell Computadores do Brasil, where I was responsible for supporting and configuring virtualized environments, including VMWare Horizon View, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Google Cloud VDI. I led the Americas team in implementing and monitoring these services and also worked on process automation using PowerShell. My experience with international projects has strengthened my ability to work in global and multicultural environments.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives such as Data Center migrations, corporate Wi-Fi network implementations, and modernization of IT infrastructures, resulting in operational improvements and cost reductions for the companies I worked with. My academic background in IT Management, combined with certifications and continuous training in VMWare, Microsoft Azure, and ITIL, enables me to deliver innovative and efficient solutions to challenges in the field.
