Hi, I’m Carla —  My current rate is $3.00/hour as I continue to build my experience as a virtual assistant and content support. I'm committed to delivering quality work and open to growing long-term with my client — including performance-based rate adjustments. a dedicated and calm professional with almost 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. I’ve worked closely with people from all walks of life, handling customer concerns with patience, empathy, and care. I’m proud to say I’ve always been someone who shows up with responsibility and heart in every task I do.

Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in multitasking, communication, and time management. I’ve also supported basic admin tasks like data entry, message handling, and simple research. For two years, I’ve been working to apply these skills in the virtual space — and I’m excited to continue growing as an online freelancer.

For over 5 years, I managed my own Facebook marketing, where I sold homemade food through power posting and customer engagement. That experience helped me become consistent, organized, and comfortable with social media tools and online customer interaction.

I also completed training in English fluency and computer basics at Sykes Academy, which built my confidence in using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, email platforms, and Canva.
