I am a trained Customer Service Representative in FVA Cosultancy with the position of Acquisition Support Team ( Fb chat Support) for one month Apprenticeship.
My tasks are:
Worked as a telecollector in a Collection Agency. Duties and responsibilities are to remind and follow up their pastdue accounts thru the use of telephone and cellphone in a good well approach, respectively and very calm manner. Showing Empathy to the clients and to negotiate credit extensions according to the ability to pay. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
Working in a Collection Agency was very tough, I practiced more my Patience and Self Control and keep from taking things personally.
