I am experienced in using AVAYA call master and Agent X1 to accept calls and do outbound calls when I worked in Sykes Asia Incorporated.
I handled two accounts: one was for a credit reporting agency and the other was for a life insurance. I provided services to clients over the phone and also have gained my sales skills to keep customers and increase sales for the account (Credit reporting Agency). I have experience on calling both individual clients and businesses to gather information and provide documents to be able to process as death claim (Life Insurance)
I am experience in using Xlite and Zoiper as well as Skype as I have worked part time for Powertec where I call business in behalf of www.mobilebooster.com.au. My task is to call the business and get information to be able to send promotion for possible sales.
I am proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.
I am fluent in both oral and written English Skills and can communicate very well with neutral accent.
I am very confident and can work with minimum supervision. I value training and feedback as i see it as an important factor is doing the job very well.
