I worked in Business Process Outsourcing as a customer service representative for 6 years. I had to take calls inbound and outbound to answer their inquiries. I had to handle basic to difficult issues. In order for me to be good at this job is I need to have a very good English communication skills, listening skills and good comprehension. And be a good team player.
I have good knowledge in Microsoft Word. I can do data entry, email, and chat support.
