I started my Customer Service Representative in Teleperformance handling a telecommunication account. As a CSR, I assisted customers with their bills, phone activations and troubleshooting minor phone issues.
Right after three years with a telco account, I moved to being a Sales & Service Associate in a credit card company in Convergys. As an SSA, I assisted credit card customers with their bills and other credit card needs and queries.
After eight months, I got hired as a Service Desk Specialist in JP Morgan Chase.Mainly I assist branch employees with navigation on applications used to assist customers. Also, I assist bankers with technical issues that they have in the branch. Three years after y employment I was promoted as a Service Desk Lead and eventually a Operations Team Manager after nearly three years as a lead.
