Hi My name is Carina Veronica Quilab I'm 40 yrs. old but you can call me Brooke that is my nickname I'm from the Philippines and I live in Bacoor Cavite. I studied at the University of the East and took up Communication Arts Major in Broadcasting. I have been working in the BPO industry for 4 yrs and 2 yrs as a Virtual assistant. I worked with Convergys from 2009 to 2013 as a Data Analytic, basically we are conducting surveys from different projects like Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Banks and Grocery stores in the US. In 2014 I worked at ACS, XEROX as a Customer Care Specialist, it was a blended account we do Inbound, Outbound and Back office work, I worked there for 6mos. In 2015 I met my husband that time and stopped working as we are planning that time to get married and we were arranging my visa going to Australia. So when I came back here in the Philippines in 2019 I started working again in 2020 at Greylock Resources as Sales Associate, the work there is to sell supplement products for senior citizens.
I'm applying for a role as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service and Sales Associate since I have experience on those roles.
I am a great communicator, I take on every challenge head-on and do what I need to accomplish my goals, even when the challenge is difficult. I've always been appreciative of what the company I have worked for have done for me. I'm a loyal and dedicated employee who wants to do my absolute best for the company I work for.
