I am well experienced as a technical support representative based on my 4 years’ experience working for an American cable company. It helped developed my communications skills, customer service skills, problem-solving skills, time management, data entry and my computer skills. I handled activation of cable box, cable modem and VOIP.
I also have a year experience in billing for the same company which helped me to be more patient with overly irate customers and to respond in a timely manner to help resolved this issue in a short period of time.
Prior to working in BPO, I worked as a production operator in a manufacturing company for 6 years and I handled final visual inspections of the finished products to ensure there would be no rejects slipped through. As a final visual inspector, I am tasked to maintain the highest standard of the products that our company is shipping to our clients.
