Led a diversified team managing operations for specialty pharmaceutical
programs, quality, and logistics.
Held several functional roles across various projects in the organization,
including project coordinator, business owner, and subject matter expert.

Implemented a dedicated order tracking tool for Zolgensma, a first-of-itskind SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) drug created to treat infantile seizures.
This tool prevented millions of dollars lost due to compromised product
by enabling end-to-end visibility of every order.

In this role I operated between the customer support and management
teams to manage and resolve customer escalations. This led to my interest
in analyzing and balancing customer needs, organizational goals, and

Shortened processing time for new client onboarding by creating an
account setup tool for management of new client requests. In addition to
ensuring and expediting a potential client's first order, this tool enabled
leadership to improve accountability in employee coaching conversations.
Created and managed various reporting tools to capture individual and
departmental key performance indicators (KPI's), which helped to identify
areas of opportunity and enabled more effective coaching conversations.
